                    Explosions were heard early Wednesday morning in the French Quarter after a terror attack on Bourbon Street left 10 dead and dozens injured. In the video above, the blasts can be heard. "Woah, they just detonated something," WDSU Reporter Fletcher Mackel says as explosions are heard. "There it is again, they just blew something else."
