He has received multiple awards for his commitment and selflessness.For the past 18 years, he has battled chronic kidney disease, and doctors say a transplant is his only option for survival. While he has been approved for the procedure, the costs of pre- and post-transplant care, hospital stays, and medications remain a significant challenge.To help ease the financial burden, a fundraiser has been launched, allowing community members to contribute to his medical expenses.
