It’s why experts like Jim Lavalle who’s a clinical Pharmacist and Board certified nutritionist are sharing tips concerning how people can stick with their New year’s fitness plans. It starts with the nutrients you’re digesting that helps recovery. Surprisingly Lavalle said drinking beet juice was one tip found to be extremely helpful. “That improves your blood flow to all of your arteries all of your muscles all of your tissues because it increases nitric oxide it helps your blood dilate and carry oxygen deep into your tissues. The new study from Dr Karen Reed showed that when people took aged garlic extract they recovered from their soreness better, their lactaid threshold was better, so their resiliency to exercise improved,” Lavalle said.
