Since 2019, he has been instrumental in optimizing revenue streams for private health companies and family-owned businesses valued at approximately $100 million. His expertise encompasses enhancing financial systems, implementing enterprise resource planning and material requirements planning systems, and aligning market strategies to increase enterprise value.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Laglenne was the chief financial officer at Sitehands from 2017 to 2019. He also served as the assistant vice president of finance and accounting and as the chief financial officer for U.S. and N.L. companies at Zensar Technologies from 2010 until 2016. His tenure at Akibia Inc. saw him as a global controller between 2004 and 2010 and as a corporate controller from 2001 to 2004.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Laglenne held positions such as the director of financial planning and analysis at Firepond (now FPX) from 1999 until 2001 and an assistant controller at Advanced Visual Systems between 1996 and 1999. He previously served as an internal audit manager at Ciba Corning from 1992 to 1995 and as an audit senior at Touche Ross and Co. (now Deloitte) from 1988 until 1992, where he began his career.
Mr. Laglenne’s academic credentials laid the groundwork for his professional achievements. He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Bentley University in 1988, graduating cum laude, followed by a Master of Business Administration in finance from Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business in 1999, a degree he earned with distinction. He is also a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Throughout his career, Mr. Laglenne has achieved significant milestones. Notably, he increased a local manufacturer’s net income from $1.3 million in 2021 to over $10 million in 2023 through strategic guidance. He also led the due diligence and transition process during the acquisition of a global IT company by a publicly traded Indian firm over the span of six years. His contributions have been recognized multiple times by being invited to the President’s Club of a company where he worked for 15 years.
Mr. Laglenne’s dedication extends beyond his professional life into civic involvement. He actively contributes to breast cancer research, homeless shelters and animal shelters, reflecting his commitment to giving back to the community.
