Cincinnati police say that a man is in custody after shooting a woman in the back Thursday night.It happened at a home on Powers Street in Northside just before midnight.The woman is expected to survive her injuries.Police say they immediately arrested a suspect, Brendon Miller, 33, in connection with the incident.According to court documents, Miller was in an “intimate relationship” with the woman he shot.
