An Ohio police officer has been charged with voyeurism after a complaint involving a juvenile victim, according to the Miami Township Police Department.According to the Miami Township Police Department, officers received a complaint about an act of voyeurism involving a juvenile.The department investigated the complaint and with the Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office, criminal charges filed charges against 45-year-old Eric Gregory.According to court documents, a hidden camera was discovered inside a home on Elm Street.When the camera was discovered, court documents allege Gregory removed the SD card, cut it up, flushed it down the toilet and smashed the camera. Gregory is facing a felony voyeurism charge and a felony tampering with evidence charge.He was arrested and taken to the Clermont County Jail on a $250,000 bond.The police department said the case will be presented to the Clermont County Grand Jury on Thursday, Jan. 30. The Harrison Police Department said it was notified by the Miami Township Police Department of an ongoing criminal investigation being conducted by their agency involving Gregory, who is an officer with the Harrison Police Department.The Harrison Police Department said Gregory has been placed on paid administrative leave, effective immediately. Miami Township Police said anyone with additional information about the incident or any other offense committed by Gregory is encouraged to call their investigative division at 513-248-3721.
